HR - Trainee

Talent acquisition:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in screening resumes and conducting initial HR discussions.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Onboarding & documentation:

• Assist in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain employee records.
• Support in conducting induction sessions for new employees.

Employee engagement & HR operations:

• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
• Help in addressing day-to-day employee queries and concerns.
• Support in attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.

Compliance & policies:

• Assist in maintaining HR files and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support in drafting HR communications and policy-related documents.
