HR Systems Functional Consultant

You will be part of a dynamic team at Frontend Arts, collaborating with talented individuals to develop cutting-edge technology solutions that give our clients a competitive edge. Our primary focus is on technological innovation to drive our clients" digital transformation, providing end users with modern, process-driven development cycles that deliver high-quality, scalable, compliant, secure, high-performance, and reliable solutions. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the HR domain as a functional resource, supporting daily HR operations as well as ERP implementation projects. While the preferred location is NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida), we are open to considering candidates from across India who are the right fit for the role. Your responsibilities will include effective communication with stakeholders in France and India, necessitating fluency in both English and French. You will be tasked with gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams. Additionally, you will support ERP/HRMS modules implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities, bridging the gap between business users, IT teams, and leadership in different regions. Ensuring compliance with local HR policies and regulatory requirements in France and India will be a key aspect of your role, along with providing end-user training, documentation, and functional support. Your success in this position will be supported by your strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, which are essential for operating effectively in a multicultural environment. Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods of up to 45 days or less are strongly preferred for this full-time position. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the work location will be in person. ,
