Role Description

This is a remote internship position for an HR Student Intern (unpaid) at Zenzhub. The intern will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, contribute to personnel management, support employee benefits processes, and assist with organizational human resources systems and management. Responsibilities will include learning HR best practices, supporting operations, and collaborating with team members to execute HR-related tasks while enhancing organizational workflows.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Understanding of Personnel Management and related processes
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• An interest in innovation, organizational efficiencies, and systems thinking
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
