We are hiring HR Recruiter or Staff Augmentation Specialist HR who can work on vendor ship management for our IT company

Positions: Technical HR Recruiter (IT) | HR Business Development Executive (HR BDE) | Staff Augmentation Specialist

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Open Roles:

• Proven experience in Client Handling and Staff Augmentation
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, AI Tools, and other platforms to generate leads/projects
• Sourcing Clients from different sources especially linked , AI tools and Sales navigator
• Making of CV , referring profile , making available bench resources on different technology, scheduling interview with the company or Project manager, helping in making contracts with Company or Project managers, deploying resources
• Making tie-up with new leads, sending connection, proposal to the recruiters by targeting location, finding new contracts, making cv and referring the technology
• Having laptop will be advantage and preferable
• Target oriented
