Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Sourcing Manager located in Hosur. The HR Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, building talent pipelines, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in sourcing and talent acquisition strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in candidate screening and building talent pipelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a managerial or sourcing role
