Job Description

As an HR Service Delivery Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be required to have 3 to 5 years of experience in End to End Recruitment, both in the Domestic and International markets. Your role will involve assessing current and future talent needs, identifying mission-critical workforces, understanding key workforce skills and competencies, and addressing talent gaps. We are looking for individuals with expertise in HR Delivery Strategy, HR Process Design, adaptability, ability to perform under pressure, attention to detail, establishing strong client relationships, teamwork, HR Analytics, HR Policy Development & Maintenance, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. In this position, you will be analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers within Accenture, and receiving moderate-level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work as well as the work of others, and you will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work.
