HR Service Center Rep, Sr

As a Human Resources Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for providing accurate and prompt responses to a wide range of Human Resources customer inquiries within our HR Service Center. You will utilize various resources such as knowledge base, documented procedures, policy manuals, and HR databases to resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or e-mail. In addition, you will escalate complex issues to the appropriate resource and ensure data integrity is maintained while processing requests for moderate to complex personnel actions in the HRIS. Tracking all customer contacts and following up for satisfactory resolution will also be part of your role. As a first-level contact for most HR administration issues, you will assist other team members as required.
