HR Service Center Analyst

An exciting opportunity to join Nasdaq People Services team as an HR Service Center Analyst, where you will provide Level 1 HR support to employees across the globe. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.

Role Responsibilities -

As an HR Service Center Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

HR Contact Center Support

: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Employee Data Management

: Process and maintain employee data transactions accurately.

Reports and Analytics

: Generate Level 1 reports as requested by HR Centers of Excellence.

General HR Administration

: Coordinate and support various HR administrative tasks.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 1 year of experience in a regional or global HR role, preferably with benefits supportExposure to employee data management platforms;

experience with Workday is a plus

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFlexibility to work on Philippine holidays based on business needsWillingness to rotate between two shifts every 6 months:Mid Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PMNight Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
