Job Description

As the HR & Sales Administrator, you will play a dual role by providing administrative support to both the Human Resources and Sales departments. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth HR operations, assisting in recruitment and employee relations, and supporting the sales team with documentation, coordination, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the HR and Sales departments - Assist in recruitment processes - Support employee relations activities - Coordinate and manage documentation for the sales team - Assist in reporting and data analysis for the sales department Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in administrative support roles - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with HR processes and sales support activities Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off. The work location for this role is in person.,
