HR / Recruitment Specialist (Automobile Bulk Hiring)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead the end-to-end mass hiring of automobile sales manpower for our leading car dealership clients across various regions. Key Responsibilities (Role Highlights): Lead bulk and mass hiring drives for sales profiles (e.g., Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, etc.). Manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously for various car dealerships. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans (consultancies, job groups, campus drives). Source, screen, and manage candidate pipeline from initial contact to final closure. Build and maintain a robust database of ready-to-join candidates. Oversee basic HR documentation and onboarding processes. Must-Have Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in hiring and recruitment. Proven experience in automobile sales hiring is highly preferred. Strong established network with local recruitment consultancies and sourcing partners. Active access and proficiency in leveraging WhatsApp & Telegram job groups for sourcing. Demonstrated experience in campus hiring or high-volume/bulk recruitment.
