We are looking for Recruitment Interns for a Work-From-Office (WFO) Role at our Gurgaon Office. Internship Duration: 6 months Internship Stipend: 10K to 12K per month (Depending on performance in our Tests / Academic Scores, & Pedigree). Positions open : 2 Nos. Internship Start Date : June 2025 Job Description: Executive Search on Mandates received from clients for Mid-Management to Sr. Management, both IT & Non-IT. Conduct Secondary research on the Industry Sector, company and competitors role using the Internet. Source relevant candidates using databases, jobsites, LinkedIn, Headhunting, job postings etc. Coordinate with clients to organize interview, Counsel Candidates. Initiate and also assist in Business Development Activities of the Firm. Individual Contributor role, which reports to the Founder & CEO. Skills Required : Sharp Intellect, good academics, Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written English. Enthusiastic, Driven and passionate about work. Self-Motivated Hard Working with Ability to stretch if required Cheerful personality. Location: SF-10, MGF Megacity Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon (You will need to use your own laptop & phone for this role - You Must possess a good quality Laptop with MS Office ) Timings: 9 hours a day with 8 hours from office - 10 am to 6 pm (5 days a week, Mon to Fri) & rest from home as necessary Testing Process:- Shortlisted candidates will need to appear for a face-to-face meeting where the following process will be conducted to test. 1. There will be a 15 minute written Test (Covering English, Maths, Reasoning & GK) - (to be done without using your phone / laptop) 2. Face to Face Interview 3. This will be followed by an assignment where you will have to summarize and submit a write-up of your understanding of our standard hiring processes for candidates sent to clients explained in the interview.
