Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve performing full-cycle recruiting for open positions. This includes tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients to constantly improve the hiring process.
