Job Description

  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications

  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media platforms

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels (e.g., databases, social media, referrals)

  • Conduct resume screening and initial phone/video interviews

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and networking events

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Prepare and extend job offers; assist with onboarding coordination
