HR Recruiter

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Selection & Offer Management: Assist in final selection, prepare offer letters, and negotiate salary packages.
• Onboarding: Support smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation and joining formalities are complete.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–1 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
