Role Overview: As an HR recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to develop effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates using various channels such as online platforms, social media, and networking events. You will play a crucial role in sourcing potential candidates from job boards, professional networks, and referrals. Your tasks will involve screening applications, identifying suitable candidates, and conducting interviews to evaluate their skills and experience. Collaboration with hiring managers will be essential for negotiating job offers and finalizing the employment process. Furthermore, you will contribute to enhancing the employer brand by engaging with candidates and showcasing the company's culture and values. Additionally, you will be involved in the onboarding process for new hires and monitoring key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
