Title: HR Recruiter – Part-Time

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Job Type: Part-Time (Incentive-based to start, with a transition to Fixed Pay)

Need :- Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

• Take Interviews daily (leads and data provided)
• Share job openings and schedule interviews
• Follow up until candidates
• Use recruitment software (training provided)

Working Hours

Flexible hours
Preferred slots:

• Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Evening: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Compensation

Initial Phase (Incentive-Based):

• ₹500 per joining (1st to 10th)
• ₹800 per joining (11th to 20th)
• ₹1000 per joining (21st onward)

After 25 Joinings:

• Transition to Fixed Salary + Incentives

Important Notes

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
