HR - Recruiter (On Contract For 2 months only)

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Contract 2 Months)

  10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST

• Service Fee:

  40,000 per month

• Start Date:

  Immediate joining required

Important Note

• This is a short-term contract role (2 months only).
• Apply only if you have excellent communication skills and can join immediately.
• System with good configuration and stable high-speed internet connectivity is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings for candidates (approx. 80% of daily tasks).
• Handle C-Level and senior leadership hiring effectively.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.

Requirements

• 1 -4 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Excellent communication skills Mandatory (written & verbal).
• Prior experience in C-Level hiring is a must.
• Ability to engage candidates confidently over calls.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join for a 2-month contract role.
