Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions. Conduct initial interviews over the phone or via video conferencing to assess candidate fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process. Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the opportunity. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, talent acquisition, or related fields. Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
