Immediate Requirement for HR RECRUITER FOR BPO RECRUITMENT. MOIT- Be-Connect Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter in International BPO Industry. MOIT Be Connect Services Pvt Ltd is an UK organisation hiring for its captive international BPO in Kolkata, salt lake. Key Responsibilities of HR Recruiter: Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews to assess applicants skills, experience and fit. Coordinates and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Manage the candidate and experience and ensure timely communication Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company Looking after the administration work Minimum 1 year of experience as a HR Recruiter in BPO bulk hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the hiring manager. Should have knowledge: MS office, word, Advanced Excel, V-lookup, H-Lookup, and others.
