Job Description

An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role involves end-to-end recruitment while coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding job requirements from hiring managers

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interview panels

Maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers

Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Handling offer rollouts and joining formalities

Ensuring a positive candidate experience

Supporting onboarding and documentation processes

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Ability to screen resumes and evaluate candidates

Time management and multitasking skills

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Qualifications

Any graduate (MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage)

3 years of experience in recruitment
