As we continue to scale, were looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2 years of hands-on experience in technical and product hiring to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, preferably within a startup or high-growth tech environment. Youll be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and helping close top talent across domains such as AI, software engineering, DevOps, and product.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools, a solid understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Source and engage talent via platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Understand technical job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, role fitment, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews, track pipelines, and maintain updates via ATS or shared hiring trackers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to support future hiring needs.
  • Handle offer negotiation, release offer letters, and manage all required documentation for selected candidates.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles through networking and market mapping.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
  • Support broader HR initiatives such as campus hiring, referral drives, and branding campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in IT/technical hiring (agency or in-house).
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to hire for roles in software engineering, DevOps, data science, or product teams.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to fast-paced, startup-style hiring processes is a plus.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience sourcing and screening IT & software engineering candidates.
  • Comfortable engaging with hiring managers and translating job descriptions into outreach strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize based on business urgency.
  • Basic understanding of tech stacks (Python, JavaScript, DevOps, AI/ML) for preliminary screening.
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and offer closure skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, CRM/ATS tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience hiring for AI/ML, cloud, or product teams.
  • Hands-on with Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
  • Exposure to HR operations, onboarding, or HR documentation.
  • Experience with campus or internship hiring.
  • Support for branding and engagement campaigns (LinkedIn posts, events, content).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or Recruitment Analytics is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile hiring environments or OKR-driven teams.
  • Experience in running internal referral campaigns or employer branding initiatives.
