HR Recruiter

As a Recruiter at Integra, a division of Integra Corp, USA and Integra Ltd, UK, your role involves determining applicant requirements, evaluating applicants, sourcing and attracting candidates through various platforms, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions. You will be responsible for assessing applicants" knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, while monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices. Additionally, you will provide analytical recruiting reports and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Key Responsibilities: - Study job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements - Discuss job requirements and qualifications with managers - Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc. - Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools - Assess applicants" knowledge, skills, and experience - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices - Provide recruiting reports to the team - Build influential candidate relationships Qualifications Required: - Graduation with 1.5-3 years of experience - Proven work experience as a Recruiter IT/ITES, managing multiple high-volume roles - Ability to conduct different types of interviews - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills At Integra, you can expect: - Opportunity to work with international clients - World-class training on multiple skills - Planned career growth Please note that the walk-in interviews are offered at the office located at: Integra Global Solutions Corp No.1, Palsun Towers, 1st Street, Behind of KVB Bank Tatabad, Sivananda Colony, Coimbatore-641012.,
