Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve managing the End To End Recruitment Process, which includes being target driven and possessing excellent communication skills. It is essential to have patience and flexibility as you interact with potential candidates. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Designing and updating job descriptions - Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels - Drafting compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates - Screening incoming resumes and application forms - Conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person - Preparing and distributing assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests - Advertising job openings on various platforms - Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers - Sending job offer emails and addressing queries about compensation and benefits - Collaborating with managers to forecast future hiring needs - Acting as a consultant to new hires, assisting them in their onboarding process Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in recruiting (Preferred) - 1 year of total work experience (Preferred) This is a Full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
