Role & responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct preliminary interviewsand coordinating with managers.
  • Evaluate applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Good experience in Onboarding process and maintaining the employees personal files.
  • Maintain monthly Recruitment data in EXCEL.

Skills Required:

  • Graduation : Post Graduation in Human resource.
  • Experience : 2 years to 8 years of experience in HR Recruiter.
  • Gender : Currently we are hiring only female candidates.
  • Excellent communication is must.
