We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Recruiter to help us attract top talent. As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities:
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
· Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding.
· Maintain candidate database and track recruitment progress.
