Job Description

Key responsibilities

Candidate sourcing:
Search for and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Resume screening:
Review and screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
Interview coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and potentially conduct initial phone screenings.
Assist in creating and refining job descriptions to accurately reflect the role's requirements.
Applicant tracking:
Use and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain candidate records and track the recruitment process.
Onboarding assistance:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, which may include helping with paperwork and initial training.
Hiring manager collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified applicants.
