HR Recruiter Fresher

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both in-house hiring and client requirements. This includes sourcing and attracting candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. You will be responsible for coordinating effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Meeting hiring targets within set deadlines will be your key responsibility, along with maintaining and updating recruitment processes, reports, and documentation as required. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for in-house hiring and client requirements - Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels - Coordinate effectively with clients to understand hiring needs - Ensure a smooth recruitment process - Meet hiring targets within set deadlines - Maintain and update recruitment processes, reports, and documentation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required - Experience with Microsoft Excel for at least 1 year is preferred In addition to the job details, the work location for this role is in person at Bangalore, Karnataka.
