Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles (IT & Non-IT).
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Manage job postings and employer branding activities.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and other HR operations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (0 - 6 months) in recruitment; fresher with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
