Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent coordination abilities.

Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist profiles for IT & Non-IT roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate pipelines regularly
• Manage end-to-end hiring activities from sourcing to onboarding
• Communicate job details and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
• Understand client hiring requirements and support them effectively

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Education: Any degree
