HR Recruiter (Female only)

Our company is a growing organization in the REATAIL BUSINESS, committed to building a talented workforce. We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.
• Support HR team in onboarding and joining formalities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment / HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Good understanding of recruitment cycle and basic HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
