Job Title: HR Recruiter (Experienced)

Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time, Work From Office (WFO) / Hybrid

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturday off)

Salary: 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month

Job Description: We are seeking an Experienced HR Recruiter to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR recruitment, handling both IT and Non-IT roles (preferably more in Non-IT), and a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for our clients.
• Use leading job boards and databases for sourcing quality candidates.
• Conduct Keyword and Boolean searches to identify suitable talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates’ fit.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in an HR recruitment firm (IT & Non-IT recruitment).
• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office tools.
