Position: HR Recruiter (Experienced)
Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)

About the Role:
We at Work Strive, are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a background in a recruitment consulting firm. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across IT and Non-IT domains, ensuring timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various clients from PAN India across different industries.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple job portals and social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in an HR Recruitment agency or consultancy.
• Exposure to different job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
