ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- End to end Recruitment Handling coordination between candidates and Clients. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates Schedule and co-ordinate the interviews and follow-up with candidates and clients to ensure a successful closure. Update details in CRM(Customized software) Posting and Creating job descriptions Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri,Monster,Linkedin,Indeed,Newspaper etc). Handle executives, when we are assure that you are ready to handle executives under you then will set new target for you and with new incentives.
