Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, coordinating hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on boarding.
You Will be hiring for both IT and Non-IT Positions.
Should be able to handle Entry Level / Lateral and Bulk Hiring.
Be a Value Talent Partner to the clients, maintain good client relationship.
Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis.
Constantly work on improvement of the hiring process.
Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.
Continuously engage in Social Hiring using official social media platforms.

Desired Profile

Candidates who have completed
MBA HR/MSW HR
can apply for this position
Able to work on critical and emerging skills, should have an eye for details.
Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
Ability to adapt to New Technologies and source from multiple portals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Doc, Sheets)
Ability to use AI Tools.
Ability to use Canva Tools.
People management skills are required.
Established team handling skills.
Able to work on Data Analytics and Web Scrapping.
