HR Recruiter / Course Counselor

We are looking for a HR Recruiter cum Course Counselor with one year of expertise in the similar field.

Job description:

• Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
• Handle Sales inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Counsel students and parents about available courses and programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to counseling and admissions.
• Follow up on payments.
• Need to handle other admin works as assigned.

Essential Skillsets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Experience: 1-2 year

Qualification: Any Graduation or MBA

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,172.27 - ₹15,000.00 per month
