Student Counselor / Tele caller

We are looking for a Student Counselor / Tele caller with at least one year of expertise in the similar field.

Job description:

• To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, or email.
• Responsible for revenue generation for the company through collecting database..
• Counsel students and parents about available courses and programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly.
• Maintain and update student databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to counseling and admissions.

Essential Skillsets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Experience: 1-2 year

Qualification: Any Graduation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
