Job Description:

Ascend Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Student Counselor / Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to counsel students effectively, and experience in handling tele calling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about available courses and programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly.
• Maintain and update student databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to counseling and admissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor or Tele caller (preferably in the education sector).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
