Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter with at least one year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate must have strong experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems. Candidates with prior recruitment agency experience will be preferred. Immediate joiners are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Handle the entire recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Source candidates effectively using various job portals such as Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, etc. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring criteria. Conduct HR interviews and facilitate technical interview rounds. Maintain and manage recruitment databases and documentation. Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
