Roles and Responsibilities

* Understand the hiring requirement

* Regularly meet / interact with clients and take feedback

* Search and identify relevant profiles

* Shortlist and process relevant profiles

* Follow-up on candidate interview and selection schedule

* Complete weekly and monthly assigned tasks

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years of experience in related industry or Recruitment or Hiring or Telesales

Should will be well versed with all hiring portals like Naukri / Monster / Timesjob etc.

Experience in shortlisting candidates across Platforms and mediums

Client interaction capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary

Rs. 2.40 Lacs - 3.6 Lacs / Annum Plus Quarterly Bonus
