Role Overview: We’re hiring a smart and proactive HR Recruiter + Admin Executive who can own end-to-end hiring and manage office operations. This is a dual-role position for someone who is organized, people-friendly, and gets things done. Key Responsibilities: 👥 Recruitment Source, screen, and schedule interviews for multiple roles (telecallers, sales reps, office staff, marketing, labours, etc.) Use WhatsApp groups, job portals, college networks, social media to attract candidates Maintain hiring trackers and update progress weekly Ensure fast TAT for all open positions 🗂️ Admin & Operations Coordinate office supplies, documentation, and team logistics Maintain employee attendance, onboarding kits, and basic HR records Assist in organizing team training, celebrations, and meetings Handle vendor calls, courier coordination, and daily operational tasks What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred (Freshers with drive can apply) Strong communication skills (Hindi & Basic English) Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic computer tools Organized, punctual, and proactive with a “figure it out” attitude Should live within 30–45 mins of Madhyamgram, Kolkata Growth Path:This is not a slow HR job.
