Job Description

We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Recruiter & Admin who will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and handling daily administrative tasks, including attendance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process with department heads.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance sheets accurately.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
