HR Process Improvement Specialist

You will be responsible for leading the design of process improvement initiatives using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies. This includes analyzing data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies, as well as facilitating cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement projects forward. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of process improvement efforts with strategic goals and implement process changes with minimal disruption to operations. Maintaining process documentation, acting as a liaison between departments for process alignment, and evaluating the impact of process changes will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles, along with a Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S is essential. Prior experience in HR will be advantageous, as well as an understanding of Human Resources processes and their value for the organization. A Prince 2 or other relevant project management certification would be a plus. Strong analytical skills are a must-have for this role.,
