Job Description

As the incumbent of this position, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable statutory and labor compliance requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc. It will be part of your duty to ensure the timely filing of monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a key requirement for this position. Your excellent numerical abilities and attention to detail will be crucial in carrying out your responsibilities effectively. Additionally, good communication and coordination skills are desired, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The preferred candidate for this position would ideally have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and possess advanced Excel skills along with proficiency in Google Sheets.
