Job Description: As an HR Operations Specialist, your role will involve managing various aspects of human resources operations to support the organization's objectives effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing salary-related functions, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, training and development, and HR strategy and policy implementation. Your key responsibilities will include managing tax calculations, bonuses, incentives, and deductions related to salaries. You will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees" State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and other labor laws. Staying updated with changes in labor laws and coordinating audits and inspections for statutory compliance will be essential. In terms of recruitment and onboarding, you will handle the full recruitment cycle for various roles, working closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions. Coordinating interviews, assessments, and background checks, as well as managing the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization, will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, supporting positive employee relations and providing guidance to managers on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, administering leave records, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks will also be essential for smooth operations. You will assist in identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting performance management processes for employees" career development. Additionally, you will contribute to implementing HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance standards, monitoring adherence to policies, regulations, and ethical standards within the operational scope. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
