HR Operations Partner

Role Overview: Zoca is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join their fast-growing startup team. As an HR Operations Partner, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining people operations to contribute to an engaging and efficient workplace environment. You will play a crucial role in handling HR processes across the employee lifecycle, addressing employee and candidate queries, data management and analysis, process improvement, and enhancing overall employee experience. Qualifications Required: - 15 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or HR administration. - Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business, Psychology, HR analytics, or related fields. Skills: - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and general HR data management. - Ability to handle large datasets and generate accurate reports. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
