Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for HR & Operations at Inspler eCommerce Pvt. Ltd. The role is based in Tirur with the flexibility to work remotely at times. Responsibilities include managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization. The role also includes coordinating organizational activities and supporting both leadership and team members in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles and practices
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee engagement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Knowledge of eCommerce or agency operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
