Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations professional located in Noida. The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, HR management, and implementation of HR policies. Key tasks include administering HR operations, addressing employee concerns, managing HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Operations and HR Management
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 - 2 YRS OF experience in an HR role
