Job Description

As an HR Operations Executive at DAP KIA, your role is crucial in supporting and executing HR operations to ensure smooth processes, compliance with labor laws, and efficient employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records in HRIS. - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Process employee documentation such as contracts, confirmation letters, and exit clearance. - Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records. - Prepare monthly HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, etc.). - Assist in managing employee benefits such as EOBI, health insurance, and provident fund. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and labor codes. - Prepare data and documentation for audits and inspections. - Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication. - Maintain recruitment records and documentation. - Support in onboarding and induction sessions. - Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities. - Help resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Support internal communication related to HR initiatives. Key Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus. - Experience: 3 years of relevant HR operations or generalist experience (preferably in the automotive or retail sector). - Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR processes and local labor laws. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Working Conditions: - Full-time, on-site role. - 6-day work week (may vary based on location/company policy). - Fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
