Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances.
Organize employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and events.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
Maintain employee records and personal files.

4. Training & Development

Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Arrange skill development and soft skills training programs.
Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluation.

5. Performance Management

Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs for employees.
Support appraisal and performance review processes.
Provide inputs for promotions, increments, and transfers.

6. HR Administration

Draft HR policies, circulars, and communication notices.
Maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment status).
Handle exit process (resignation acceptance, exit interview, clearance).
