HR & Marketing Internship

Role Overview: As an on-site intern at the Youth United Council of India in Chennai, you will be involved in various HR and Marketing activities. Your role will include assisting with drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and organizing personnel management activities. In addition, you will support marketing initiatives by creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and assisting with social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting HR policies - Manage employee benefits - Organize personnel management activities - Create marketing materials - Conduct market research - Support social media campaigns Qualifications Required: - Possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies - Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work on-site in Chennai - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Please note that this is an unpaid internship opportunity.,
